  1. Launch VisitorVille for Windows from your PC desktop


  2. Select the drop-down menu "Options"


  3. Click on the option "Subscription Options"


  4. Click the radio button "I want to cancel my membership", then click "Next"


  5. Click the radio button "Cancel my subscription at the end of the current billing cycle", then click "Next"


  6. Your request will be automatically processed, and an e-mail confirmation instantly sent to you.
